Ms. DeRieux has a broad federal practice including commercial litigation, intellectual property, antitrust and employment discrimination, as well as representing several local governmental entities in a wide variety of non-litigation matters. Her background in appellate law informs all of her areas of practice with focus on preservation of error in Federal and State Courts. Ms. DeRieux has also worked on post-conviction death penalty cases in Federal Courts.
