Elizabeth M. Chiaviello
Elizabeth M. Chiaviello focuses her practice on a wide range of complex commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. Building on her time as a law clerk in the Eastern District of Texas to Judge Robert W. Schroeder III and Judge K. Nicole Mitchell, Elizabeth represents clients in U.S. federal district courts across the country and the International Trade Commission. Her litigation experience spans many stages, including handling oral argument, discovery, claim construction, dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, and trial. Elizabeth also maintains an active pro bono practice by serving as counsel for asylum seekers, specifically women fleeing genderbased violence.
