
Jeffrey Bragalone
Jeff Bragalone is a founder of Bragalone Conroy PC in Dallas, Texas. Bragalone Conroy PC has a nationwide complex commercial litigation practice, with an emphasis on patent and intellectual property litigation matters, technology related cases, and cases brought under the False Claims Act. Jeff has a wide variety of experience, including over eighty Inter Partes Review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Jeff also has an active appellate practice, having successfully argued over a dozen appeals in precedent-setting cases before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, and the 5th District Court of Appeals in Dallas.
Jeff is President of the Board of Trustees of the Dallas Theater Center, and is a “ride-or-die” fan of the Kansas Jayhawks men’s basketball team, where his daughter now attends. Last year, Jeff became the youngest member to be inducted into his fraternity chapter’s Hall of Fame (Kappa Sigma, GO chapter).
